Your appointments are important to us, and we understand that sometimes life happens, and schedules need to change. To provide the best service to all our patients, we have implemented a cancellation policy.
Notice of Cancellation:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient in need.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, may incur a cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the cost of reserved time and resources.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to schedule future appointments.
How to Cancel:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our office at 601-924-8600. Our staff will be happy to assist you in finding a new appointment time that works for you.
Emergency Cancellations:
